About Brenda

Brenda was hired by the client, and his family. She was caring, self-reliant, knowledgeable, cheerful, and flexible. She arrived at the expected time, or a bit earlier, and fulfilled the necessary duties along with other things. She was professional, neat, and seemed well rested. Brenda was able to assist the client with exercises, due to her knowledge. She also trained staff by demonstrating important techniques of physical care. She showed care and compassion, while trying to find & create ways to provide comfort. Brenda could easily cooperate as a team member, as there were times when caregivers needed to double up. Brenda stayed for the duration of the client's life, as she had said that she would do, caring for him for ~3 years. He passed away toward the end of September, 2020. Brenda was reliable, steadfast, and dependable. My experience of and with her was of a positive nature. Sincerely, Karuna B.
