Initially, communication was great. She responded promptly and seemed engaged in the details of the job. However, after expressing interest and discussing logistics, she stopped responding altogether. Clear and consistent communication is extremely important when coordinating childcare and transportation, and unfortunately that consistency did not continue. While first impressions were positive, follow-through ultimately matters most. Based on my experience, I would not move forward again.
