I have spoken to Miss Brenda a number of times on the phone and even met with her face-to-face as we discussed our care-giving arrangement and toured my residence. I asked her multiple times if she would be able to commit to working with me which she emphatically replied YES each time. We had planned to start the following week but I never heard from her again. This is even more troubling because she pitched the idea of her friend working with me as well, but luckily I had a back-up person. Hopefully, the next family has better luck. Bless
