My passion for working with children stems from my previous babysitting roles and coaching youth basketball. These experiences reinforced my desire to make a positive impact in the lives of young ones. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect easily with children. I believe in open and respectful communication with parents, providing regular updates about their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns that may arise. I adapt to the parents' preferred communication method to ensure their comfort and convenience. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead, ensuring consistency and respecting their parenting style. My approach to play includes a variety of activities, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games, puzzles, and technology-based games and apps.
