I am a Registered Nurse with a psychology degree, and I have extensive experience working in elder care and as a behavioral health nurse. My approach is compassionate, friendly, and professional. I prioritize earning trust when connecting with care recipients and families. I can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I offer respite care, transportation, errands/shopping, and medical management. I communicate with families using their preferred method.
