The good, she didn’t no show. She texted 30 minutes before the pickup time, family emergency. During the brief interview she stated she had a few employees and a disruption in service would not happen, it did and she never offered one of her employees to make as a replacement. This appointment was important and couldn’t be missed. She left me scrambling for a replacement at 6:30 in the morning when my friends/family are either sleeping or already at work. By the grace of God, one friend answered the call and I made the appointment. I paid, to use this service only for it not to be reliable. I could’ve called that friend and saved that money. I wanted not to have to call rely on the goodness of friends/family. I could have used other apps @$0, where the people have never not showed up. Emergency or not, I was left scrambling. The very thing I thought paying for a service I would avoid. During the short phone interview she gave me hope by telling me she had a backup plan in case she was unable to complete a service and I found out at an the most inconvenient time that wasn’t true. We all have emergencies and I am glad it wasn’t more serious than the tooth. This is just a review of the service and it failed me. For that I give 0 stars, if it would let me. Actions speak louder than any reference. I would have had a backup if she hadn’t told me that she had backup. I said up to 3.5hr and the appointment was complete in 2 hours, by 9am. As I always do, I would have paid for the 3.5 hours that I requested for. I would have felt differently if offered a time stamped ER visit. That’s why she couldn’t make it. She was headed to the ER. I trust but would have loved to verify, that’s not personal, it’s business.
