I genuinely enjoy caring for older adults and helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their own home. I have experience in private in-home elder care, assisted living, dementia/Alzheimer's care, hospice support, and caring for individuals with disabilities. I can assist with companionship, ADLs, personal care, mobility, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, errands, appointments and activities. I'm dependable, hands-on and very observant, and I believe there's an important difference between helping someone and taking over. To me, caregiving is about more than completing tasks. I enjoy learning a person's history, routines, interests and personality and finding things we genuinely enjoy doing together. I also pay close attention to changes and communicate regularly with family. My goal is to provide respectful, dependable care while helping your loved one feel comfortable, valued and at home.
