About Brandy

I'm a mother to a 8-year-old boy, and an education major. I'm always looking for ways to apply my experience and am more than happy to assist with school work or learning new skills during babysitting if desired. I live within a quarter mile from Richmond Elementary school, so if your child attends that school, I can do pick ups and drop offs during the school year. - I adore pets of all shape, size and species. - I am respectful of parent's decisions when it comes to established rules, policies, and discipline. - I love to cook! I'm always happy to prepare/provide meals as needed. - I love to read and do crafts with children. - I'm a problem solver. I always try to recognize the source of a child's behaviors. Such as recognizing anxiety/meltdowns vs frustration/tantrums. Outwardly similar behaviors may have differing underlying sources, and my skills in recognizing this makes me adaptable to different children and their specific needs.
