I provide errands, shopping, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I respect the independence of those in my care and communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
