About Brandy

I bring nearly 10 years of experience as a nanny and 9 years working in the public school system, including roles as a substitute teacher (K-12) and special education teaching assistant, primarily supporting students with autism. Currently, I work for ain a self-contained autism unit for 2nd-4th graders. These experiences have honed my patience, empathy, and ability to provide compassionate, individualized care, skills that translate directly to supporting seniors with companionship, daily activities, and emotional well-being. In addition to my childcare background, I have professional experience as a cook and baker, allowing me to prepare nutritious, delicious, and customized meals. I enjoy creating home-cooked dishes and baked goods tailored to dietary needs or preferences, which can bring comfort and joy to daily routines. I truly love caring for others and find great reward in building meaningful connections, whether overcoming challenges or celebrating small victories.
