About Brandy

For over 10 years, I've been helping students unlock their potential. With a graduate degree, I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success. I vary my teaching strategies, using visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems, to adapt to each student's individual learning style. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples or their personal interests to keep students motivated. Communication builds trust, so I strive to create a collaborative environment. Seeing a student's confidence grow as they master new skills is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I can help with Math, English, Dance, and Study Skills at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels. I have a car and am comfortable tutoring at your home, a center, online, the library, a community center, school, or even a coffee shop. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I love to dance, and I would love to share that passion with you!
