About Brandi

I'm a childcare professional and mother to a 5 yr old son with over 10 yrs of hands-on experience caring for children. Since graduating high school in 2014, I have worked as a nanny, teacher, and sitter with children ranging from 6 weeks old through preteens, caring for families with anywhere from 1 to 5 children. In 2025, I completed my apprenticeship as a Child Development Specialist and hold certifications in CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, and multiple STARS trainings. My goal is to become more than just an employee - I strive to become a trusted part of the family. Along with providing attentive, nurturing care for children, I enjoy helping make daily life easier for parents by assisting with errands, school drop-offs and pick-ups, therapy or doctor appointments, laundry, meal prep, organizing, and other household tasks. Brandi was an exceptional nanny for our little one. She watched him each day while we were awaiting a day care spot (from about 8 weeks to 4 months) during the week and a few evenings/weekend hours for us to do some errands. Brandi was always interacting with our son unless he was napping. I loved the individual attention/developmental play she consistently gave him. If it was not for our daycare spot, I would have continued using Brandi without a second thought. Our son had needed extra attention on a "flat head" issue we were handling and Brandi did extensive work on his neck strengthening exercises as well as making sure he slept a certain way to alleviate the pressure from that side. We were instructed by a doctor to have him off of his right side for everything- changing, holding, feeding, etc. Brandi's work on him attributed to us correcting the habits early for him. Brandi also did other things while here like give our fur baby some attention, clean all of his bottles, straighten their area (usually cleaner than we did), and filed our sons nails.
