Compassionate and dependable caregiver seeking respite care opportunities. Earlier in my career, I worked as a nurse in an emergency room caring for patients with a wide range of medical needs. I learned the importance of dignity, patience, comfort, and listening to both patients and their families. I am no longer licensed. I do understand that families caring for a loved one with a serious or terminal illness sometimes simply need someone they can trust to stay with their loved one while they rest, run errands, attend appointments, or spend a few hours away from caregiving responsibilities. I am patient, respectful, and attentive to the individual persons needs. My goal is to provide compassionate respite care that allows families to step away for a few hours, knowing their loved one is being treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.
