Hello! I am a student at Utah State University studying Elementary Education. I am in the program and only have 2 semesters left. This summer I spent lots of time with a 6-year-old child with special needs. What it looked like when I was with him was we tried to get out and have fun! We went to parks, walks or hikes, the aquarium, and the zoo. Anything to get out and about. At home we would read, play games, or my personal favorite bake! In my down time I'm finding things to do around the house. Light house hold chores to keep me busy are great. I like working with kids because I love to learn! And what better way is there to learn than through the curiosity of a kid. In my spare time, I like to be outdoors and be creative.
