I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I can de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities.
