My Name is Bonni, I am a 50 yr old mother and grandmother. I spent the last several years caring for my elderly parents. My father had dementia and my mother was a feisty pint sized Irish gal. My father passed away in 2020 and my mother passed recently in September 2023. I was the full time caregiver for my mother for the year. While my paid experience is basically 0, I have provided hands on care for the two most important people in my life. Caring for my parents as they went through their final journey on this earth brought be so much joy. I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and calm while caring for my parents. I am comfortable with all the stages of elderly and end of life scenarios.
