From 2012-2013 I worked for the Autism Program of Illinois, and umbrella company of The Hope Institute for Children and Families. In my role as Network Outreach Coordinator I worked on behalf of children and families with Autism and other developmental disabilities. My previous role, along with my years of volunteer experience with persons with developmental disabilities, I am currently a Special Education Assistant for the Los Angeles Unified School District where I work hands on with some of the brightest stars (students)teaching could offer. I fell in love with the idea of working hands on with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. I get the most amazing opportunity to both inspire and monitor growth while meeting a huge need. I love to teach, inspire have fun and meet physical, social and emotional needs of children and adults under my care.
