I have been a caregiver the last 4 years and currently still employed part time with one of my very first clients. I've been a caregiver for elderly veterans with ptsd and anxiety, insulin dependent diabetics, patients with dementia, patients with copd, multiple strokes, patients on hospice, provided support and assistance after surgery or medical treatments, and I have experience in many more care cases. Im trained and practiced in being a companion, helping maintain or increase mobility, hygiene assistance, laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and changing bed linens and bed pads.
