Hello! My name's Bobbie! I've been professionally working in childcare for 5 years and have 4 years of basic babysitting on top of that. I started out as a nanny and since then have also worked in daycares, preschools, and summer camps where I regularly care for more than one child at a given time. I've worked with every age group from 2 months up to 17 years. I have my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and I put it to use every time I care for a child. I have experience cooking (and love to do so) and cleaning from the job fields listed above and am more than willing to do these extra chores in the home. I consider myself to be very tidy and on top of things. Implementing structure and a schedule is where I thrive and I feel that the children thrive this way too. I am CPR/First Aid/AED certified and have been trained in the use of an epipen. I guarantee I will be a reliable and trustworthy addition to the team if you want to chat more!

Bobbie has been an absolute godsend for our family. I was a nervous wreck about leaving my five month old with anyone when my maternity leave ended but we met Bobbie and I immediately felt at ease. As a new mom I’m nervous about everything and Bobbie could not have been more understanding. She tracked everything from ounces he ate to nap times to poops (poops are a big deal for us!) She is punctual, responsible, and dependable. She’s also so kind, smart, patient and gentle. Our son lights up whenever she walks in, he loves her so much. She’s unbelievable with him, you can tell she has tons of experience working with babies. She is super responsive, communicative, easy to work with. She worked with us on his routine and was so helpful whenever we needed to make adjustments. We don’t have family in the city so finding Bobbie was such a relief I cannot say enough good things about her. She made a really difficult transition feel easy and I’ll never be able to thank her enough. Honestly I don’t know what we would do without her. tldr: Bobbie is a fantastic nanny and a wonderful person. We were very lucky to have found her.
