I offer respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and more. I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I'm CPR and First Aid trained. I understand how important it is to know a care recipient's preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. I communicate with families through verbal updates or their preferred method. My goal is to support well-being and independence.
