Hi there! My name is Blu and I am a current student attending UC Berkeley! I am studying computer science and art practice :) I have worked with special needs children and adults for over 7 now through my volunteer organization called TEAM Vacaville. Since the age of 12 I have been exposed to a variety of disabilities/differently-abled children ranging from Autism, Asperger's, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Blind, Wheelchair-bound, and more. I am familiar with food allergies, stimming, tantrums, elopement, pica, etc. With TEAM Vacaville I was the Lead Buddy Volunteer for the teenage group and have now joined the adult volunteer group since graduating high school. I love helping my community and looking out for those who may not get the best help all the time.
