With a decade dedicated to enriching the lives of adults and seniors, I'm passionate about fostering their independence and overall well-being. My background includes a college degree and training as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. Building connections is important to me, so I take the time to understand each person's preferences and history. I'm compassionate, friendly, and detail-oriented, and I can de-escalate stressful situations and incorporate memory care activities.
