I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Foods with a concentration in Dietetics, and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine. My education has given me a deep understanding of science, writing, health, and research, but it's also taught me how to break down complex topics in ways that actually make sense. Over the years, I've helped students of various ages and learning styles across a wide range of subjects, including science, math, sports, anatomy, nutrition, reading and writing, research skills, and even study strategies. I love meeting students where they're at, identifying their unique strengths, and helping build the confidence they need to thrive, whether that's improving grades, prepping for exams, or just finally understanding a tricky concept.
