Hello, my name is Carolina. I have been a caregiver/housekeeper for over 20 years. My cleaning services are superb, you will not be disappointed. My work places usually consisted in Key Biscayne but I am willing to travel anywhere in Miami. I have extensive experience in elderly care giving as well as babysitting children. I have a family of my own; two children and a husband. I speak English and Spanish. I'm na smoker and I have my own car so I can also do errandot s for you. I can provide several references. Carolina is a lovely woman but has no loyalty to the job. In 3 weeks she had excuses for not coming to work 3 times (one day was a birthday!). When I teach I work on my birthday! It doesn't set a good example for my other housekeeper! Finally when I was away she decided to care for her "father" and only wanted to work half a day. I was away and needed her there! NOT a team player as well. Cleaning was marginal. Certainly not thorough. Folded a sheet without ironing and I requested the sheet be ironed. When I hire I tell the girls I require ironing and my house kept thoroughly clean. It was definitely too much for her. Maybe caring for children or the elderly would be a better placement. My problem with Carolina was that her job did not take priority to anything in her personal life and she did not bend if asked to do anything extra which was part of job description. I paid her more than $100 over anyone that has ever worked for me and if she was great I wouldn't mind, but she was far from that. But she is pleasant and friendly which accounts for something.
