I'm Blanca 48 years old, Anusara Yoga Instructor, skills: gentle Yoga for seniors, knowledge about bio- mechanical alignment, human anatomy, breathing techniques to relax the nervous system, anxiety, stress! I love work with seniors, Hair stylist, good driver! very patience , friendly! I offer dignified and gentle care. I'd describe my personality as friendly, quiet, flexible I like caring for seniors, it was my first choice when I start teaching Yoga, I Like to Help them to have a better life quality and mobility I started taking care of elderly to helping them to have a better quality of life and decent care is my mission.
