Blanca worked with our family for over two years from when our daughter was 6 months old until just before her third birthday. As first time parents, we were hesitant not only about having someone else care for our daughter, but about having someone else in our house each day. Within months, Blanca became part of our family and was an integral part of raising our daughter. Blanca was always communicative by keeping a log that we provided so that we knew about our daughter's day and also sent us pictures and texts throughout the day. She was always on time each day. Blanca helped our daughter through each stage of development and was always a team player through each stage of development. Our daughter absolutely loves Blanca and chats about her daily. We would love to continue working with Blanca, but our daughter is headed off to preschool. We wish that we still had the opportunity to work with Blanca as she is a true gem!
