30+ years of experience caring for newborn infants to teenagers... 
looking for a full-time nanny position with the right family, but also here to help with EMERGENCY care, nights out, running errands, or visiting S. D. party groups of up to 6 kids, etc... With me, your children will receive appropriate care and attention, I'm experienced in night nurse duties. with newborns, I am attending school to become a NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST. willing to do additional other tasks if requested... I'm an organizer, planner, and multitask-er, so minimum supervision is required. With all my skills and years of experience, I'm able to provide a very safe and secure environment for your children.

Blanca came to our house for a part day working interview. In our initial phone chat, you could tell she was professional and experienced. She provided references and documentation and we had her come for a trial day with our baby boy. Baby immediately took to her and my wife and I felt very comfortable to have her in our house and caring for baby. She was also very active with baby when he was awake in terms of talking, reading, etc which we loved. We are eager to hire her for full time if the details work out.

Miss Blanca has watched our 10 week old for a few days now and we are eager to book her for a full time position as she is a stellar nanny. She talks, sings, and reads to our newborn anytime he is awake, providing the cognitive development he needs at this age. Additionally, she is bilingual which is a plus as we'd like our son to learn Spanish as a second language (which again will help with his developing brain). She provided us documents for immunization records and CPR training. She has reliable transportation and shows up on time or early. I can rest assured in my early days back at work that he is in safe hands with her. 

Miss Blanca is enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated and I highly recommend her to parents of children of any age. She treats our child as if he were her own. I am personally excited to be hiring her for ongoing care of my newborn!

Banca was exceptional. We spoke on the phone prior to our schedule date of care and she made me feel at ease. We needed care for our 23 month old while we attended a wedding in San Diego. She arrived early to make sure we had enough time to get adjusted and discuss our Lil ones needs. This was our first time using care.com and leaving our Lil one under the care of someone other than Grandma! Blanca is professional, respectful and an amazing caregiver. Just from this one experience you can tell she loves what she does and has the knowledge and patience to care for children. We would not hesitate to hire Blanca again to care for our Lil one.

Blanca was absolutely wonderful with our 5 year-old daughter. She arrived early to ensure she had a clear understand of what I needed her to do that day with our daughter. An provided us updates with texts and photos throughout the day, as well. So, if you are looking for a perfect sitter. You have found her! :) Our family will definitely be hiring Blanca again.

Blanca was a big help during the first two weeks after I gave birth to my son. Because of covid, my parents was not able to fly in right away. I find Blanca on care.com and it was totally worth it. She is really good with baby. My son is preemie and watching her taking care of him I just knew she is very experienced. And she is very caring and willing to offer to help me in any way. I was able to get some good sleep during the day. And I also enjoy talking with her which actually help me to set some stress aside.

Blanca has been awesome with our 4 month old.  She is very attentive and energetic.  During these first few weeks she has been punctual and engaging with our son.  She even made us the most delicious soup!

Blanca is top notch, extremely professional. I appreciated the updates during day (when LO went down for naps, how much he ate and when). It's clear that she loves children and is very knowledgeable about infant care - working on tummy time, monitoring wake windows and getting LO down for naps. I would absolutely hire her again and recommend Blanca to anyone else looking for full days of infant care.

Blanca is a wonderful combination of professional and sweet. She clearly combines her genuine love of children with a lot of experience. It put us greatly at ease to know our kid was in the care of someone so qualified and caring. Our son was very comfortable with her and said he had a great time with her.

Blanca was kind and attentive to my baby daughter and she was so generous in sharing her experience and wisdom.

She kept the kids engaged throughout the day and bonded easily with my 3 year old son and 8 year old daughter. The kids couldn't stop talking about her.

Blanca took care of my Autistic daughter. My daughter like her a lot, specially when my daughter has her behavior issues, Blanca knows how to handle her. Blanca it is and was punctual even when her sessions with my daughter were about to start. I will hired her services again.
