Blanca cleaned my home 2 times. The 3rd time she said she was going to be late because of another job. She offered to come the next day, Saturday, but it was not a good day for us. I asked her to just come the following week on the regular day. The next week on the day she was supposed to clean, we exchanged texts in the morning and she made it sound as though she was going to be at my home in the afternoon as planned. She never showed up and never notified me of the change in her plans.
