Hi, I'm Blair! I'm a registered nurse with specialized experience in the neonatal ICU, and a mom of two little boys myself. I bring both professional training and genuine hands-on experience to every family I work with. My NICU background means I'm highly skilled in infant care, feeding support, recognizing early signs of illness, and staying calm under pressure -- but more than anything, I just love kids. Being a mom has only deepened my passion for caring for little ones and supporting the families who love them. I'm currently based in Lexington, Virginia and am available for both regular and occasional childcare.
