About Blair

Hey everyone, Im Blair I have gained a wide range of experience throughout my years working in childcare, especially because I have had the opportunity to work with children of many different ages, personalities, backgrounds, and needs. From preschool classrooms and infant care to nannying, babysitting, summer camps, and working with children with special needs, each experience has helped me become more patient, dependable, understanding, and adaptable. Working in so many different childcare environments has taught me how to handle challenging situations, communicate with families, create fun and educational activities, and make sure every child feels safe, supported, and loved.
