Hi.. I hired Blair B as a baby sitter for my 3 year old. She showed up for first 2 days. Next week I had to ask her not to come as we were in hospital having baby and our daughter was with family. As Blair requested she was relying on money that week I gave her advance $200. After that week, first she said she was not well and then that her grandfather passed away and she won't be able to work for us. Which is terrible timing for her and I understand however that doesn't mean she can block me on care.com and not reply to text messages and not pay back. Dishonest and unprofessional person and would not rely on her. Please be careful hiring her.

I interviewed Blair and she seemed like a perfect fit for our family. She is experienced, has great reviews from the families she has previously worked with, and affordable; easy to talk to, very honest. She has a very friendly and impressive personality.  She would definitely be a top pick in all my future searches and I would 100% recommend her to friends and family.  I wish her the best in all her employment searches.

Blair has been a wonderful help to us!  My kids have enjoyed having her with them in the mornings before school.  She is very reliable and always on time - early even!  She is fantastic and we will miss her!

Blair is fantastic with our two year old. We've hired her for the summer to watch our son during the day. Our schedule fluctuates weekly due to my schedule as a night shift nurse, but she was flexible to our needs.  She is always early, safe, and very dependable. Our son enjoyed playing with her and she made sure to bring up any issues right away to keep us informed. I would love to keep her, but school is important! I would recommend her to anyone needing a sitter/nanny for a toddler and know her experience is with older kiddos as well! 

Blair was fantastic with everything from picking up all of my children (ages ranging from 13 to 4), taking the older ones to practice, tutoring my oldest in Algebra, and looking after the dog and house. She is definitely the extra hands I need. Very comfortable and trust worthy of anything I needed of her.

Blair watched my dog Brody for 10 days during the Holidays. She was accommodating on pick up and drop offs and was prompt to respond. She also sent frequent updates and let me know how Brody was doing. When I picked Brody up he seemed happy and even had a toy that she got him for Christmas! I would strongly recommend Blair the next time you need a sitter! 

I have had the pleasure of having Blair as one of my student athletic trainers for the past year in high school.  She has been an excellent student.  Blair has earned the respect of her teachers and peers by showing her dedication and hard work. 

The academics at high school can be challenging, especially while balancing an extracurricular activity such as athletic training.  Even with these challenges, Blair has been able to achieve academic success.  To reach success like this requires dedication and perseverance.  

Blair was asked frequently to travel to athletic events by herself as the student athletic trainer representing high school.  I knew I could count on Blair to handle things in a confident and professional manner.  I had no doubt that my athletes would be getting quality care.  
Blair will be successful at whatever she puts her mind to, and I look forward to seeing what the future has in store for her.
