About Blaine

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, compassionate and determined. I like tutoring because it allows me to individualized instructions based on the students academic, emotional, social and skill needs. I'm looking for a job that allows me to inspire students to build confidence, advancement and involvement in their education. I started tutoring when I started teaching in 2009. I worked met with students at local libraries, their homes and virtually. In my spare time, I like to read, attend my son's school and sporting events, spend time with family and friends and volunteer work. One thing you should know about me is I truly love inspiring students and watching them achieve their goals. My skills include working with children with special needs, reading and writing, curriculum development, technology skills, and test prep.
