Skills. -Redirecting behaviors and de-escalating emotional with patience and consistency -Making children feel seen, heard, and understood -Creating structured environments -Using positive reinforcement to build confidence & self-esteem -Strong communication with parents What I'm Looking For: -A role focused entirely on children (no household cleaning duties). - I do not provide care when a child is sick and require full compensation for that scheduled time - I require 48 hour notice or more for any other cancelations - Full freedom to take kids out for fun activities, with costs reimbursed by parents. - Clear boundaries for parents who work from home; my authority as the caregiver must be respected at all times. -I can use my own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed.
