About Bionda

I'd describe my personality as patient, kind and caring. I enjoy working with kids because I enjoy encouraging them and watching them grow into their own personalities. I'm looking for a job that I can positively support children's development in a safe and encouraging environment. I started working with kids at 16 years old, and over time I've grown to really enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. In my spare time, I like spending time with family and friends, traveling, and trying new places and foods. I also love animals, being outdoors, going on hikes, and spending time at the beach. One of my biggest strengths is that I connect very easily with children and create a positive environment where they feel comfortable. I'm also continuing to grow in balancing kindness with maintaining structure and boundaries when needed. I would say my top three skills are being patient, friendly, and dependable
