I am a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver with over 15 years of hands-on experience caring for children, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Since 2011, I have provided full-time care for an elderly, bed-bound individual, assisting with personal care, mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, medications, household needs, and companionship. I also spent 15 years providing dedicated one-on-one care for a non-verbal child with special needs. This experience taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding non-verbal communication. I learned to recognize individual needs, preferences, and changes in behavior while creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. I take great pride in treating every person with dignity, kindness, and respect.
