Postpartum Care & Support I offer calm, practical support for families in the early postpartum period while I complete my birth and postpartum DONA International certification. My focus is on helping you settle into a steady rhythm at home-supporting newborn care, rest, and recovery in a way that feels manageable and sustainable. Services include gentle guidance with infant care, creating daily rhythms, light household support, and preparing simple, nourishing meals to help restore and sustain you during this time. My approach is grounded in hands-on experience raising my own two children, now in high school, along with years of work in early childhood settings. I bring a steady, attentive presence to support both parent and baby as you adjust and grow into this new chapter.
