About Billie

I believe every student has the potential to do well, and even excel, with the right support. Helping students find their passion and their unique gifts is very important. By working closely with the student, and with communication both ways, I believe deep learning is possible. Watching a student's growing sense of self, and the pleasure they experience from this is extremely rewarding. I attended Barnard College. I have a degree in Art History. I then studied acting at Lee Strasberg. I am an actress and the co-founder of Shakespeare Downtown at Castle Clinton at The Battery. I am comfortable tutoring students of all ages, from elementary school through college, and I am available to tutor at your home, a center, online, or other convenient locations. I am comfortable with pets.
