As a nanny, I have years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. This 10 year experience in Care . com and the fact that I have three younger siblings to care for has helped me develop exceptional child caring skills.

Biby is the best! Very trustworthy and she actually engages the children in activities so they aren't in front of a screen all day. She is very caring and mindful of the children's habits and schedules. My kids love her!

I was so impressed by Biby! She went above and beyond. She cooked for my daughter, cleaned up, and taught her some Spanish words. She also helped manage our little dog. She was punctual and did not need me to show her much. She seemed to be able to figure everything out on her own.

Biby has been working with us intermittently for over a year now and we consider her to be part of the family.  Biby is always on time, very professional and always does a little extra to help out like washing bottles or picking up toys.  My 2.5 year old and 1 yr old can be a lot to handle at once but everything always goes smoothly and Biby even helps out with our two dogs as well! She's very competent and I always feel comfortable and safe leaving my children in her care.  She's even kept our children for us while we were away on vacation. Biby is a very special care giver and I would recommend her to anyone.

Biby worked as a weekend nanny and occasional weeknight babysitter for my twins when they were 8-11mo old.  As a nanny, I could not recommend her more highly.  The twins warmed to her instantly and she was very confident and competent in looking after them.  I felt incredibly comfortable leaving Biby to prepare their meals and bottles, feed them, bathe them and put them to bed.  She also made sure the kitchen, bathroom, nursery and play areas were all kept neat and tidy.  She also ensured bottles were clean and sterilized and the babies' clothes were washed, folded and put away.  She even would wash and fold our clothes, too.  If we were still living in LA I would hire Biby in a heartbeat.  

Biby cared for my daughter beginning at 4 weeks old through several months old. She is patient, kind and wonderful with children of all ages. She's well equipped to care for a young infant and help a mother with whatever she needs during those early months. From what I've heard from her other references, she's also great with toddlers and school age children and is active and provides a great play environment for any aged child. She helps with our child's laundry and washing bottles, even without being asked and is always considerate of what we may want or need as parents. I highly recommend Biby for any care taking position. She's wonderful! 

Biby was absolutely amazing!! My son had a great time playing with her all the time. She was dependable and always on time. The best part was she would come in and help out with all of the task without me even having to ask! She also helped in preparing baby food for our son! She has many skill sets, and would always use her for help.

Biby is great with our daughter. She's responsible, reliable and interacts well with her. Our daughter frequently wants to know when's Biby coming over. Happy to have found her on this website. 

Biby is absolutely wonderful. She has been working for us for nearly a year, since our daughter was two months old.  She is always on time, she helps with everything around the house, she take initiative, and most of all she is always kind and compassionate with our daughter.  If I could give her a 10-star rating, I would !

We had an interview scheduled with Bibi, and my husband confirmed with her. She said she was coming.  The meeting was at 4:30 and about 4:15 she text and asked if we could do it at 5 instead.  Then at 4:50 she text and said she couldn't make it.   Very very unprofessional and I would not want someone like this watching our child.

Charismatic young lady with everyone she meets. Sweet, loving and understanding. Reliable, hard working and responsible. 

Biby is a fun and caring person! I hired her as a baby-sitter, i still call on special occasions to take care of my daughter. She has great humor and she does her job well.
