Bibiana started taking care of our son when he was 8 months old. Her open communication and receptiveness to suggestions and family values were the foundation of our trust in her. The trust continued growing as she demonstrated taking care of our son with professionalism, love, and patience. For instance, taking our son to a stroller ride to help him fall sleep , even during winter; offering him different food options aligned with family food preference to make sure he would be well fed; making suggestions to ensure the house was a safe area to play. Bibiana went far and beyond, by helping our son make significant progress in his expressive language such as the use of signs and implementing speech therapy techniques in games to help him talk. My son loves her. I see it in my son excitement when we open the door for Bibiana every morning. I am very grateful for the quality time she has given to my son this past 1.5 years.
