Bianny has been a lifesaver for our family, my father fell late March and after rehab came home a changed man unable to take care of himself this was especially difficult at night as he suffers from macular degeneration and incontinence it was a nightly battle. Bianny had vast experience and was able to provide solutions and support which greatly increased everyone in the family’s quality of life. I found this recommendation difficult to put into words because the impact this special and professional person had on our household and family.  In my own words and unsolicited, I would like to tell you about our caregiver Bianny. 

It all started after a very professional interview.  We knew she was the one for us and shortly joined our family.  My wife had a rare brain disease and for over 2 years, I was her primary caregiver, actually, her only.  With minimal direction, Bianny immediately started caring for my terminally ill wife, Barbara, plus helping me with the daily chores which impacted Barbara’s daily care.  Bianny established a schedule addressing Barbara’s needs.  Bianny came twice a day, once to get Barbara ready for the day, but also in the late evening to prepare her for bed.  Bianny made sure vegetarian friendly meals were made for my wife and threw in some meat after the fact for me.  Bianny eventually fed Barbara her meals and they bonded and had a brief, but special relationship.  Bianny monitored Barbara’s daily medications, making sure they were taken.  Barbara’s disease left her stiff and sore.  Bianny would massage Barbara and ease the pain.  Bianny always had Barbara’s best interest in mind always giving her dignity.  I could never make my wife feel as good as Bianny did every morning and evening.  This included bath days, grooming, wearing jewelry, matching outfits, and wearing makeup.  My wife could no longer even do light housekeeping and Bianny made sure Barbara still had the dignity of a clean house for anyone who visited.  But, Barbara’s well fair never came before making sure the dishes were clean.
Bianny is a very positive person, dresses professionally for the duties this job entails and assisted my entire family during a time none of us knew what we were doing.  She made recommendations, never demands, on equipment or personal care items which would give my wife dignity and make it easier on both.  
I can honestly say from the moment I met her, I knew I could trust her with my wife of 54 years.  She was there for us when my wife passed.  She took charge during those last days and made phone calls, suggested our next steps and held us.  My kids decided that they needed to keep her on in a smaller capacity to take care of me.  She helps around the house, makes sure I am taking my pills, and even goes to my doctor appointments.  This allows my kids the ability to visit Dad, instead of taking care of the house.

AMAZING CARE !!!  I hired Bianny and her team to provide care for my two 87 year old parents who have early Dementia.  I live 2 hours away and needed care every day for them .  Bianny and Orfa were the most compassionate , loving caregivers.  Over the course of five months they never missed a single day.  They both are amazing cooks and daily made a nutritious delicious breakfast for my parents. They helped them with their medications, bathing , laundry and housekeeping. They also prepared lunch and dinner for them and left in the refrigerator for later warm up . They also came back for a few hours  three days a week when my parents needed more care and I was not available to provide support via phone and ring camera.   Bianny and Orfa have become family to my parents and myself.  I have kept my parents at home for a year and a half thanks to them.  They now will move to an assisted living near me in palm beach county.   I highly endorse them and would be happy to share any other helpful information for anyone looking for compassionate caregivers.  Mark R.
