About Bianca

Hi! As a dedicated caregiver with 6 years of professional childcare experience, I take pride in providing intentional, reliable, and nurturing care. My background includes 2 years managing a classroom as a lead daycare teacher and 4 years providing personalized care as a full-time nanny. Now settled in Indiana, I am looking to partner with a wonderful family for a long-term, full-time role! My expertise centers around infants and toddlers, but I am well-versed in caring for children of all ages, including older kids. I have a deep understanding of early developmental stages, milestones, and wake windows. As a native Spanish speaker, I can also offer full Spanish immersion through conversation, reading, and music! I prioritize a fun, screen-free environment centered around enriching activities like outdoor discovery, sensory play, and arts and crafts. I am CPR/First Aid trained, a non-smoker, a pet lover, and happy to help with light housekeeping. I look forward to connecting!
