Hello Austinites! I'm a highly experienced tutor who holds a Ph. D in Comparative Literature from UT writing and composition. I began tutoring high school students in English language arts when I was an undergraduate at Stanford. Since then, I've tutored SAT/ACT prep, Spanish, Italian, and college-level writing and composition. My teaching experience includes instructing two courses in the Department of Rhetoric at UT Austin. My approach to tutoring centers the students needs and goals, whether it's a general goal of becoming a more effective communicator, or earning an A in English.
