About Bianca

I'd describe my personality as caring, curious, and creative. I am calm & patient, communicate effectively with pet parents, and I can handle a leash. I also have basic training skills, knowledge about animal behavior, and the ability to clean up a mess! I like working with animals because their company brings me joy. I love to get to know their personalities. I'm looking for work that caters to my strengths, aligns with my values, and offers flexibility. I believe that if I am doing what I love, then work won't feel like "labor". My first job was at Petsmart and I learned a lot about pets' behavior, health, grooming, and so much more. Since then, people have entrusted me with their fur babies' well-being. In my spare time, I like to spend time with the people I love, do community service, go out to eat, and try new things. Organization, integrity, and excellence are very important to me. I take notes, ask questions, own my mistakes, and I continue to learn and grow.
