Bianca has been with our family for almost two years, 5 days a week. She started with us when our baby girl was just 4 months old. I can’t say enough good things about her! She always puts our baby’s needs first. When we were interviewing she gave us great answers and has continued to live up to everything she mentioned. I am very particular on things and she always follows everything to a t. She has helped with sleep training, potty training, milestones, and she has culinary experience which is such a bonus for me because she has been able to help with meal prepping healthy meals for baby during the week. She is interactive and always clocked in, you will never catch her on her phone or misusing time. She is reliable, patient, caring, and very trustworthy. My husband and I don’t have family in Las Vegas and I would not leave my daughter with anyone but her.
