About Bianca

I'd describe my personality as understanding, caring, and hardworking. I like working with kids because you are always up for a surprise. No day is like another but everyday is a reward when it involves helping out a child. I started working with kids when I was around 10 because my father worked in a school and would bring me with him to help out. Although I was a child myself, it gave me insight into what's it's like working with children and the duties that come with the job. From that I became a teacher's assistant when I was around 15 years old and have helped out at daycare centers as well.
