I am a seasoned , versatile child care provider. I have my undergrad in psych with a heavy emphasis on child development. I took my first masters in counseling and was focused on child development. In addition to formal training, I have worked with children in many capacities from a therapeutic preschool , daycare , group homes to tutoring . I'm well versed in understanding the social / emotional stages of development , the brain development and practices that help create a thriving environment for children to feel safe and grow. I can administer many developmental screenings. Although today my CPR isn't renewed , I have held it for over a decade. I don't smoke, have car with insurance and am on the Family Safety Care Registry. I'm a new empty nester and will welcome the opportunity to help you pour into your child as I did mine and many others.

We have been lucky enough to work with Bànca for about a year now, from the time our daughter was about 15 months. My husband and I both work from home, which means we were really able to see her beautiful bond with our daughter grow. I can tell you with certainty she is a top quality caregiver. She has truly blessed our family in many ways. She really is an expert in the field, and you can feel it. She's excellent at forming a strong connection to your child, to establish real trust and rapport, making transitions so much smoother. She is so engaging and our daughter absolutely adore her.
