About Bianca

Hello there! My current location is Upper Marlboro, MD. I graduated with a Bachelor's in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA where I juggled many extra curricular activities, tutoring and mentoring in Richmond City Public Schools, as well as working with the Autism Society of Central Virginia and their school age groups. I've babysat for years from middle to high school, including after school care. After graduating from VCU I worked as an after school nanny. In between time I worked in project management and leading learning collaborations for workforce adults and entry-level specialists. I currently serve as the Toddler Group Lead for the children's ministry at my church and have home-schooled for two years. I enjoy spending quality time cooking with kiddies, playing outside, participating in fun events and prioritizing engagement for learning activities.
