I have hands-on experience supporting individuals with disabilities across a variety of educational and community-based settings. As a Job & Life Skills Coach, I currently help adults with disabilities build independence through job training, life skills development, and self-advocacy. Prior to that, I worked as a Teacher's Assistant in a Montessori classroom, where I supported students with disabilities by reinforcing lessons, teaching coping strategies, and tracking progress toward behavioral and academic goals. I also served as a Behavioral Interventionist, providing individualized support to students facing behavioral challenges and helping them develop positive habits and tools to succeed in school. These experiences have deepened my commitment to creating supportive, empowering environments where individuals of all abilities can grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
