Bianca was fantastic with my daughter during her first visit. While I was working from home, she proactively engaged my daughter and kept her entertained. I decided to book her again for a couple of weeks later, but when I reached out to confirm a week ahead, she never responded. I attempted to contact her a few times, but received no replies. Fortunately, I had a backup available to help me out. A simple response acknowledging that she forgot or was unavailable would have been a minimal expectation for professionalism.
