My name is Bianca and I am 33 years old. I started my caregiving journey at 18 years old when I took on a responsibility to move in with my grandmother who was experiencing dementia, to be her full-time care giver. Once she passed away, I then started working in assisted living facilities, memory units, rehabilitation floors, special needs different disabilities and then finding my passion in home health care. In 2020 I did training and received my QMAP so that I could administer medications and then in 2021, I finally made the decision to go back to school to receive my CNA. I absolutely love my job and love building relationships with my residents or private clients.
